My Story

With 25 years experience as a Therapist and Educator and specializing in Child, Adolescent and Family Therapy, I  use Play Therapy, Expressive Arts, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Training. 

I hold a Bachelor's of Art in Psychology with a concentration in Child Development, a Master's in Counseling Education from East Carolina University and am a member of the Association of Play Therapy.

I’m based in Raleigh and am  here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters. I truly care about my patients’ well-being and guarantee top of the line counseling and therapeutic services catered to their needs.
